How the letter quota and Echo vouchers work
Letter quota: Premium and Pro include an annual letter quota. Basic includes a quota in the base price; Medium and Top let you raise it for a surcharge. Only finalized letters count toward the quota — if someone never writes, no quota is used. As long as letters remain in the quota, further letters can be set to “Scheduled”. Once the quota is used up, additional letters can still be created, but they can no longer be released for mailing.
Echo vouchers: Every package lets you buy individual Echo vouchers. If the voucher code is not redeemed, it expires and becomes invalid — with no replacement or refund.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can our organization read letters or addresses?
No. Neither the letter contents nor the delivery address are visible to your organization. The dashboard shows status and — depending on the package — recipient and delivery date, not the text and not the address.
Who manages the address — and are there reminders?
The person who writes the letter enters a Swiss delivery address and can update it while the letter is scheduled. About 30 days before dispatch they receive an email reminder to confirm the address. Automated address verification is coming soon.
What’s the difference between the letter quota and Echo vouchers?
The letter quota covers letters that run through your organization dashboard. Only finalized letters count — if someone never writes, no quota is used. Echo vouchers can be bought separately and given away. If the voucher code is not redeemed, it expires and becomes invalid — with no refund or replacement.
What happens when the letter quota is used up?
Additional letters can still be created, but they can no longer be released for mailing until quota is available again. Extra quota and vouchers are available depending on the package.
